No, we do not hold rentals. We process the applications as they come.

In most cases you will pay first month’s rent with your security deposit.

You have to be at least 18 years old.

The security deposit will be held in a trust account and is refundable so long as you do not damage the property beyond normal wear and tear.

Anyone who lacks credit or rental history.

You can apply for any rental on our website by filling out our online application.

You can pay rent online through your resident portal.

You must fill out pet application.

You could possibly sublease the property to your roommate but you must get the final approval from the office.

You must notify the office 30 days priors to your lease expiration with your intent to move out.

All repair request must be submitted through your resident portal. S&A will coordinate with the landlord to handle all cost associated cated with repairs.
